To everyone celebrating today...

Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm spending next 4 days with my family back in Illinois, and I'm so excited to relax and spend time with our loved ones!

I wanted to remind you of some BIG things coming up at Love Grows Wild!

Starting the day after Thanksgiving, I'll be hosting a 12 Crafty Days of Christmas series!
Twelve days of Christmas crafts, gifts, decorations, and more! I've got guest posts from 3 amazing bloggers: Valerie from Occasionally Crafty, Kelly from Here Comes The Sun, and Hannah from We Lived Happily Ever After! AND the last day of the series ends with an awesome GIVEAWAY!

Mark your calendars from November 23 - December 4th!

And don't forget the Black Friday deal from Silhouette that starts at midnight!
Make sure you come back and grab the promo code so you don't miss out on this AMAZING deal! You know you asked Santa for a CAMEO this Christmas : )

If you already have a Silhouette electronic cutting machine, you can enter my giveaway to upgrade to the Silhouette Studio Designer Edition! Click HERE

In honor of Thanksgiving, I thought I'd share with you what I'm most thankful for:

My Boys

There is no love in the world like the love you have for your children, and these two crazy boys find ways to melt my heart everyday. My oldest son, Alec, tells me I'm the best cook in the whole wide world, and he'll always come back to my house to eat dinner... even when he has a wife and his own house. I pray that my future daughter-in-law is patient with my little Momma's Boy. And my youngest son, Wyatt, always reminds me that he's getting bigger everyday, and that someday he'll carry me upstairs and tuck me into bed, just like I do for him. If you've ever read the book "I'll Love You Forever", you know why that brings tears to my eyes! They are rowdy, rambunctious, loud, and ALL boy, but I love them to the moon and back! I'm so very thankful for them!

My Husband

Jeremy is my rock. He is the perfect yin to my yang. I am so blessed to have found such a good man! In good times and bad, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer... I love him!

My Dreams

I never knew where my passions in life would take me, but since the day I started this blog, I've found something that makes me truly happy. I get to create and share it with the world. I've gained friendships with some amazingly talented women. I love writing Love Grows Wild, and I love all of you!

My Home

We have been so blessed to move into a beautiful newly-renovated home on my husband's family farm. My husband was able to help with the renovations, and I spent weeks traveling back and forth between Illinois and Indiana to paint the entire house top to bottom. We have put blood, sweat, and tears into making this house our home, and I am so very grateful to be in a space we love!

And even though we've had some pretty tough times this past year, I'm also thankful for the struggles. You learn a lot about your character and the person you want to be when you're faced with challenges. I am so proud to look back at the past year and see where we are today. Everyday is a brand new chance to make a fresh start! Don't worry about yesterday; only look forward to tomorrow.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday, and I cannot wait to kick off the
12 Crafty Days of Christmas
tomorrow!
