I love giving gifts and coming up with unique ways to wrap them. It's so much more exciting to open a thoughtfully wrapped present than something that was dumped into a gift bag last minute! Today I'll show you a simple and inexpensive way to use what you already have to create a fun and uniquely wrapped gift for a child.
Take an old gift box and glue a strip of black paper across the lid of the box.

Use chalk or a white paint pen to draw small lines down the center of the "road".
Grab a pack of toy cars (or steal some from your child's massive collection like I did) and place glue dots on the bottom of the car's tires.
Now set your cars up on the "road"!
And smile as everyone at the party oohs and aahs over your cleverness : )
This was a big hit at the last birthday party my boys went to, and I know it will be for you too!
How do you like to wrap presents... Do you use wrapping paper, ribbon, gift bags, or something totally creative?
