A Shadow Palette That Takes You from Day to Night... Stila In the Know

I have a beautiful eye shadow palette to show you today: In the Know from Stila Cosmetics. I got this as part of my August Bloom.com Beauty Ambassadors Box, and was so excited to try it out!  This palette features a wide array of wearable, neutral shades. You can use the lighter shades for a "daytime" look, or apply the darker shades more heavily for a dramatic look. All of the colors are soft, pigmented, and very blendable.

Isn't the range of colors lovely? I like the addition of the brick shade, "Fire", to add a little splash of color to these muted neutrals. Other highlights for me are "Earth", the lovely brown in the upper right, and "ebony", the black in the lower right. I know there are a million black shadows out there, but this one is so intense and not at all chalky!
Here is a look I created using "Ebony" and "Smoke" (the grey to the left of "Ebony"):

Again, these shadows are so blendable! Its easy to create a variety of looks. For this, I simply blended "Smoke" from the middle of my eyelid outward, and blended "Ebony into the crease of my eyelid. I used the included eyeliner pencil to line the eye lightly, added some mascara (Stila Stay All Day), and that was it! Very easy to do.
I'm looking forward to using this palette all Fall and Winter.. I love it!
