I recently paid a visit to Atelier Minyon in NYC, where my friend Lindsay from http://www.blackandblondeone.com/ was hosting an event. Located on Spring street, the unassuming exterior of Atelier Minyon belies what you'll find inside- a shop full of dangerously exotic, totally incredible hand-crafted jewels. Drawing inspiration from the natural world as well as the art and architecture of his native Turkey, designer Alp Sagnak creates exquisite pieces with unexpected details. I had the opportunity to walk around the shop a bit with Alp, learning the history behind each collection. It was great to find out more about each piece from the artist himself, it gives you an insight that you can't really get anywhere else. With each piece he creates, Alp marries the traditional and the wild to form these works of art. I could go on all day about Atelier Minyon's jewelry. It really is that spectacular. The best way to experience it is to see it in person, if you are ever in NYC I encourage you to stop by.. a stroll around Atelier Minyon is really a feast for the eyes. Besides the jewels, the Turkish tiles and lanterns make the shop itself gorgeous, too. Check out some of the amazing pieces:

I just love the aesthetic here- dark, mysterious, and luxurious. Is this jewelry your style? You can read more about Atelier Minyon at their website.
Thank you so much for reading!
All the best,
Jessica
